Brad Voeller
Founder and CEO
Brad Voeller is a champion of innovation that transforms the student experience while creating new pathways for developing a highly-skilled workforce.
Brad’s own educational journey of apprenticeships, international service, and hands-on learning taught him to challenge the status quo in order to achieve breakthrough learning. He is passionate about helping students rethink their approach to education and launch careers that align with their life purpose.

Johanna Voeller
Director of Operations
Johanna is responsible for the design of apprenticeship programming that creates a transformative experience for our Apprentices and Learners. She also ensures program compliance with federal, state and local governing entities.
She oversees the expansion of Instructor network for program offerings and connects mentors to apprentices to provide coaching and training for skills development
In addition, she provides financial management and operational systems and creation for high performance execution

Victor Vo
Sr. Program Manager – ATX
Victor Vo wants to live in a world where everyone is driven to help one another succeed, text messages sent before thinking can be taken back, and pet allergies do not exist.
As an aspiring entrepreneur, he collaborated in various startups, participated in 3 Day Startup, and even co founded a small design and digital marketing group. Through these experiences, Victor cultivated the skills and passion necessary to join NEW as a marketing operations specialist, where he develops curriculum, manages the apprentice pipeline, and performs whatever tasks needed to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Matt
Marketing & Admissions Director
Matt is an agency-trained marketer who has worked extensively with start-ups. Matt went to Miami University for a BS in Marketing, and upon graduation served in a variety of marketing roles throughout the country. As a founder of a small digital marketing consultancy in Denver, CO, Matt had the privilege of helping small to medium-sized companies build their brands and grow their customer base by creating and executing customized strategies.
Matt went on to establish himself as the Vice President of Marketing at The 13th Floor Studios in San Antonio, TX, before taking a full-time role at NEW where he serves as the Marketing & Admissions Director

Jermaine
Head of Growth Partnerships
Jermaine is ultimately in the relationship building business. Whether that is through software or personal relationships, his path is directed by serving those around him.
He is fascinated by scalable solutions and enjoys working in dynamic environments. This combination of technology and community led him to start RecChanges, using recreation, and sports to build community through a scalable software service.
His humble upbringing in Jamaica along with his non-profit background taught him how to be resourceful, where to find opportunity, and most importantly how to connect with people through the stories that matter.

Karissa
Digital Marketing Manager
I started my career in higher education and after years of working with students from diverse backgrounds, I realized that being creative, connecting with people, and helping them discover their passion was my passion. Fast-forward to now, and I have connected my love of community, purpose, and creativity and made it into a career in Digital Marketing. Aurora
National Director Tech Apprenticeship / Head Coach
Aurora is a Leadership & Values Based-Performance Coach, and serves as National Director of Strategic Partnerships-Tech Apprenticeships and Head Coach for Digital Creative Institute, the nations’ first Digital Marketing & College Degreed Department of Labor Apprenticeship Programs. Aurora’s mission is to increase the adoption of tech apprenticeships, an accelerated approach to acquire digital, tech and leadership (EQ) skills. She works with national, state and local workforce leaders to advance tech apprenticeships. She trains performance coaches and executive leaders in the workplace, as they adopt agile digital transformation in their organizations. Coaching is pragmatic and a values-based approach. She has championed a workplace communications leadership and coaching curriculum that is online for emerging leaders and their managers to increase self-awareness, leadership skills, and individual and team performance.
