Increasingly, Veterans and transitioning service members are finding their best career prospects are in tech. Although Veterans have the leadership skills and experience to be successful in these roles, they often find it challenging to land these jobs without hands-on experience and credentials.
This is where NEW can help and why we have partnered with Black Rifle Coffee Company to create pathways for veterans.
Gain Work Experience
Job placement in a role with BRCC provides career coaching and mentoring, all while being paid $15/hr at 30 hrs per week for 8-12 weeks.
Apprenticeship Benefits
If hired on full-time, you will rapidly upskill in your career by earning 49 digital marketing competencies, 12 months of portfolio work, five highly marketable certifications, and more.
100% Paid Tuition
Zero out-of-pocket costs when applying as Military. Tuition costs will be paid directly by BRCC as part of your compensation benefits if hired full-time.

Digital Marketing Work Experience Apprenticeship
New Apprentices can start their career journey through a paid, 8-12 week work experience program with one of our partner companies.
If your work experience role converts to full-time after the program, you start the 12-month apprenticeship at no cost to you.
If it does not convert to full-time, you have the option to continue with the apprenticeship, paying tuition only when a full-time Marketing job is secured.

ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE
Gain valuable hands-on experience working in a marketing role for 8-12 weeks
MAKE SOME MONEY
