This 8-week training will help prepare you for Tech support and admin roles, especially those that require ServiceNow knowledge. After you’ve completed the 8-week training and earned your ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification, you can continue to upskill within specialized ServiceNow paths, such as Developer, Cloud, HR, Employee Development and others.

Must have reliable transportation to work in-office
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must live within target geographies

Does this cost anything?
No, there is no-cost to participate if you are accepted into the program. However, we do require participants to complete and submit documentation for grant funding purposes.
Is this in-person or remote?
Sessions will take place remotely via live, video conferencing calls. Attendance is mandatory for participation.
Why ServiceNow?
ServiceNow is a relatively new, and rapidly expanding, platform used within 85% of Forture 500 companies. The growth in popularity has created a shortage talent available to effectively start roles that rely on using ServiceNow.
When are sessions? Are they mandatory?
Remote, live video conference sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting January 8th, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Consistent attendance is mandatory for participation.
Will I get a certification?
We will prepare you to become a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, and provide you a voucher to take the exam at no cost if you complete the program and meet minimum score requirements on practice exams.
Additionally, you will receive a New Apprenticeship certificate of completion at the end of the program.
What does an apprenticeship look like?
If you successfully interview with a client partner, your role will include:
- Full-time (paid) 40hr employment, Monday-Friday
- Location: Varies, but you must be prepared to work in-office if the client is local to you
- Apprenticeship coaching, mentoring and expert facilitation 2-3 nights per week
- Additional apprenticeship work, totaling ~10hrs per week, that must be included as part of the role
- Industry certifications, as well as a US Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship certification
What happens after I complete the bootcamp?
- NEW may provide additional support to attain your CSA (if not passed during bootcamp)
- NEW may coordinate interview(s) with employer partners with the goal of starting an apprenticeship (based on availability and match)
- You may elect to complete additional specialized training within ServiceNow (no cost, but must have attained CSA)
What happens if I need to drop out?
Am I guaranteed an interview or job?
Unfortunately no. If you complete the bootcamp we will attempt to coordinate interview(s) with partner companies, however, role availability is heavily influenced by the current tech hiring market and make take time for a matching opportunity.
How is this connected to Apprenticeship?
This bootcamp is designed to prepare individuals to start a full-time apprenticeship. While we cannot guarantee employment, we ask that participants commit to pursuing open opportunities if/when they are available.
